Used in the right situation, that can increase current-year deductions, cash flow, and tax savings. HawkEye offers cost segregation studies together with rental accounting and a tax plan for each property based on ownership structure and usage. Whether a study fits a property depends on the facts.

Training that used to be a separate offer is included here. It is not the $3,500 Tax Assessment and it is not a tax return.

It is for clients with $150,000 or more in income, or $30,000 or more in taxes. The 1-Hour Consultation is $150 for a single hour of advice, including QuickBooks Online help. Neither one is booked by opening a calendar first.
